Eligibility Criteria

Specialists (BPS-18)

MBBS degree from an institution recognized by PMDC.

Postgraduate Clinical Diploma in a Specialty from an institution recognized by PMDC.

Permanent PMDC registration with postgraduate qualification mentioned therein.

Medical Officer / Lady Medical Officer / Dental Surgeon (BPS-17)

MBBS/BDS from an institution recognized by PMDC.

Permanent PMDC registration.

Drug Inspector (BPS-17)

B-Pharmacy/Pharm-D or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution/university.

Laboratory Technologist (BPS-16)

Relevant degree/diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology/Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognized institution/university.

Registration with the relevant professional authority, where applicable.

Malaria Superintendent (BPS-16)

Relevant qualification in the field of Malaria/Health/Medical Technology or equivalent qualification prescribed under the applicable service rules.

Registration with the relevant professional authority, where applicable.

Male Nurse / Staff Nurse / Staff Nurse ICU (BPS-16)

BS Nursing from an institution recognized by the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC);

OR

General Nursing (03-Years) Diploma AND 01-year specialization diploma.

Permanent PNC registration.

Verification of General Nursing and Midwifery/Specialization Diploma from the issuing board OR PNC.

General Terms and Conditions

• Age limit shall be observed in accordance with the Government of Balochistan's existing policy/rules.
• Interested and eligible candidates having local/domicile from across Balochistan may appear for the walk-in interview.
• Eligible candidates shall submit two sets of attested/verified photocopies of all educational certificates/degrees, professional registration, experience certificates, Local/Domicile Certificate, CNIC and four recent passport-size photographs, along with an updated CV.
• Candidates must bring their original educational certificates/degrees, professional registration, experience certificates, CNIC and Local/Domicile Certificate at the time of interview.
• Candidates already serving in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies or other public-sector organizations shall apply through the proper channel and produce an NOC from their parent department/organization on the interview day.
• The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased.
• No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the interview.
• The appointment shall be made on contractual/ad hoc basis for a period of two years, with the first year treated as a probationary period.
• Extension of the contractual/ad hoc appointment shall be subject to the excellent performance certificate issued by the head of the health facility.
• Selection shall be made strictly on merit, subject to fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility criteria.

• Candidates who have been terminated/dismissed prematurely from any Government or non-Government post/position on grounds of discipline, moral turpitude, financial embezzlement or criminal offence are ineligible to apply.
