The Planning & Development Department, Government of Balochistan has invited applications from dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the position of Project Director (PPS-09) for the project titled “CM Provision of Clean Drinking Water at All Union Councils.”

Qualification and Experience
Candidates must possess BS (Honours) in Engineering and/or a Master’s degree in Economics, Business/Public Administration (MBA/MPA), Project Management (MPM), Public Health (MPH), Public Policy (MPP), or another relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution, depending upon the nature and requirements of the project.
Candidates with professional certifications may be given additional preference.
The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the planning, implementation, supervision and management of water supply or other infrastructure development projects.
- Proven leadership, coordination and team management skills
- Familiarity with Government of Balochistan’s procurement rules and financial management will be preferred
- Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
- Experience in the execution, implementation and operationalization of water treatment plants
