Eligibility Criteria
- Firm must appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
- The bidder must not be blacklisted by any Government department.
- Registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) is mandatory.
- Must have successfully completed at least three similar projects.
- Minimum turnover of Rs. 200 million during the last three years.
- Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-5 or above with relevant CE-10(i) specialization.
- Bid Security of 2% in favor of the Registrar, High Court of Balochistan.
