The Planning & Development Department, Government of Balochistan has announced a vacancy for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Balochistan Public Private Partnership Authority. The position is based in Quetta and will be offered on a contract basis for up to two years, extendable upon satisfactory performance.

Qualification and Experience

Candidates should have a PhD or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or any other relevant field.

• At least 15 years of post-qualification professional work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in an organization, department or section.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in public-private partnerships (PPP), donor or project finance.
• Comprehensive understanding of the theory and practice of public-private partnerships and related best practices.
• Familiarity with the Balochistan PPP framework will be an added advantage.
• Professional experience with donor agencies or major private firms will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of the social, cultural, political and institutional environment of Balochistan will be an added strength.

Pay Package
