Experience Requirements
- Minimum seven years of post-qualification professional experience in social development, social safeguards management, community engagement or rural and community development.
- Relevant experience in integrated water resources, irrigation, flood management, rural infrastructure, livelihood improvement or community development projects will be preferred.
- Experience in stakeholder consultations, community participation, awareness activities and engagement with community-based or farmer organizations is required.
- Experience in remote, rural, tribal or flood-prone areas will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of the social, tribal, governance and socio-economic conditions of Balochistan will be given due weightage.
- Experience in grievance redress mechanisms, labour management and social risk mitigation measures is required.
