Position Details

1. Environmentalist

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geography, Earth Sciences or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized university.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in national or international organizations.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in environmental and climate-sensitive projects.
  • Experience in environmental social management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working knowledge of SECAP and climate resilient initiatives.
  • Data analysis and report writing.
  • Preparation of case studies and presentations.
  • Conduct environmental impact studies.
  • Knowledge of data collection and management software will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong English and Urdu communication and report writing skills.

2. Gender Mainstreaming Officer

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Gender Studies, Women Studies, Sociology or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in gender mainstreaming activities.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in women development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and writing of technical reports.
  • Proposal writing and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Planning and managing capacity development training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and discussion notes.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Conduct research, surveys and evaluation exercises.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

3. MIS Officer

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • MS degree from an HEC recognized university will be preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in website development.
  • Experience in database development and networking.
  • Experience in national or international organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage database systems.
  • Design and maintain data analysis and reporting mechanisms.
  • Strong command of SQL databases.
  • Programming knowledge of C++, Java and Python.
  • Maintain MIS equipment.
  • Configure and manage network infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support to project staff.
  • Ensure security and backup of project databases.

4. Contract Administrator

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in MBA, BBA, BS or any other relevant Social Sciences discipline from an HEC recognized university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven professional experience in contract administration and contract management.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having experience in civil works, infrastructure projects and donor-funded projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract administration and contract monitoring for civil works, infrastructure and consultancy contracts.
  • Knowledge of procurement and contract management procedures of IFAD, World Bank, ADB or other international development partners.
  • Understanding of public procurement procedures including EOI, RFB, RFP, RFQ, bidding documents, evaluation procedures, contract award and post-award contract administration.
  • Working knowledge of standard bidding documents including ITB, GCC, SCC and contract amendments/variations.
  • Monitor contract implementation and consultant performance.
  • Maintain procurement and contract records in physical and electronic formats.
  • Prepare documentation required for audit and donor review.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
