Eligibility Requirements

• Bidders must be registered with the BPPRA Electronic Public Procurement System.
• The bidding firm must appear on the Active Taxpayer List.
• Registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory.
• The contractor must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 or above, up to PKR 65 million.
• The required PEC specialization code is CE10(vii) – General Buildings and Maintenance.
• The bidder must have completed at least three assignments of a similar nature.
• The firm must demonstrate a turnover of at least PKR 18,086,000 during the previous three years.
• The bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
• An affidavit on PKR 100 stamp paper, duly attested by a First-Class Magistrate, must be submitted with the relevant TSE number and title of work.
• A representative appearing on behalf of the bidder must provide an authorization letter on PKR 100 judicial stamp paper, duly attested by an Oath Commissioner.

How to Submit the Bid

1. Obtain the bidding documents from the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings, CWPP&H Department, District Kachhi, after paying the prescribed tender fee of PKR 1,000.
2. Prepare separate technical and financial proposals according to the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
3. Attach bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call issued by a scheduled bank.
4. Attach valid PEC, tax, BRA, experience, financial capacity, affidavit and authorization documents where applicable.
