Eligibility Criteria
- The contractor/firm must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 or above.
- Registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) is mandatory.
- The firm must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
- The bidder must have completed at least two similar projects.
- The firm must have a satisfactory financial turnover during the previous three years.
- The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
- All conditions mentioned in the bidding documents must be fulfilled.
