Eligibility Requirements

• The contractor must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and discipline.
• The bidder must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including NTN and Sales Tax, where applicable.
• The contractor must have completed at least three assignments of a similar nature during the last three years and provide completion certificates.
• The bidder must submit audited financial reports for the previous three financial years.
• A valid BPPRA-generated e-challan must be submitted with the bidding documents.
• The procurement process will be conducted according to the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014, as amended.
• Each bid must include security equal to 3% of the respective scheme's estimated cost.
