Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must possess Local/Domicile of District Qila Abdullah.
- Applicants should be between 18 and 30 years of age. Upper age relaxation shall be admissible according to the Government of Balochistan policy.
- Candidates must possess the educational qualifications and experience prescribed for the relevant post.
- Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test, skill test and interview.
Required Documents
- Duly signed application.
- Attested copies of all Educational Certificates and Degrees.
- Attested copy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Attested copy of Local/Domicile Certificate of District Qila Abdullah.
- Two recent passport-size photographs.
- Relevant Experience Certificates (where applicable).
- NOC from the concerned department (for Government employees).
Terms & Conditions
- Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years of age. Upper age relaxation shall be admissible according to the Government of Balochistan policy.
- Only candidates having Local/Domicile of District Qila Abdullah are eligible to apply.
- Applications must reach the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Qila Abdullah on or before 18 July 2026 during office hours.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date shall not be entertained.
- Government employees must apply through the proper channel and submit a valid NOC.
- The list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the notice board on 22 July 2026.
- The written test, shorthand/computer skill test (where applicable) and Junior Clerk written examination will be held on 25 July 2026 at 11:30 AM.
- Successful candidates will be called for interviews on 01 August 2026 at 11:30 AM.
- Candidates must bring original educational certificates, CNIC and all relevant documents at the time of the test/interview.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel any vacancy without assigning any reason.
