Eligibility Requirements
- At least 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity.
- Business turnover of at least PKR 5,000,000 in the previous 2 years.
- Turnover of at least PKR 5,000,000 in 2 subsequent previous years.
- Presence in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
- Valid Sales Tax Certificate.
- The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
- Joint venture (JV) is not permissible.
- The required bid security must be submitted as specified in the tender notice.
Bid Security & Submission
The bid must be accompanied by bid security of PKR 340,000 in the form of a Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. Failure to provide the required bid security during financial evaluation may result in the bidding firm being declared ineligible and non-responsive.
Only electronic bids will be submitted through the supplier dashboard. No physical bid is required. All bidders must be registered with the BPPRA Electronic Public Procurement System.
