Basic Eligibility Requirements
- The firm/contractor must have valid and up-to-date registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and specialization codes.
- Single-entity firms must have valid PEC registration in Category C-4 or above with the relevant specialized code.
- The firm must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority.
- The bidder must have valid Income Tax registration and be present on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List (FBR ATL).
- The bidder must meet the specified turnover requirement for the last three years.
- The bidder must have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature of work.
- The required bid security must accompany the bid in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank.

Bid Security & Electronic Submission
The bids must be accompanied by bid security of 3% of the specified estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. For the two listed works, this corresponds to PKR 3,720,000 for the PKR 124 million work and PKR 2,400,000 for the PKR 80 million work.
