Prepare, manage and monitor project budgets and expenditures. Serve as Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO). Process claims and payments. Ensure timely release of funds. Coordinate audits. Respond to audit observations. Prepare DAC/PAC documentation. Support project implementation and financial management. Perform any other duty assigned by the competent authority.

Tenure of Contract

The appointments will initially be made for a period of one (01) year. The contract is extendable on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements on the recommendation of the Sponsoring Department.

Salary Package

Salary will be paid in accordance with the Finance Division (Regulation Wing) Letter No. F-4(9)R-14/2008 dated 18 April 2022 and the Project Director's Policy Notification No. P&D-JCE(Production)-1/2025/003 dated 31 December 2025, issued by the Government of Balochistan, Planning & Development Department.
