Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 16 years of education with BS/BE in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Professional certification will be considered an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management.
- Knowledge of project planning, monitoring, implementation and reporting.
- Preference will be given to candidates having previous work experience in Balochistan.
- Age limit: 35 to 62 years.
Contract & Salary
- Contract initially for one year.
- Extendable on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements.
- Salary will be paid according to PPS-9 policy of the Government of Balochistan.
Terms of Reference (ToRs)
The selected Deputy Project Director will be responsible for the effective planning, implementation and monitoring of the Danish Schools Project. Major responsibilities include:
- Monitor project activities to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Develop and implement project monitoring and review procedures.
- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Prepare PC-I to IV reports and other prescribed project reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and relevant government departments.
- Maintain project records and documentation.
- Provide timely reports and updates to the Sponsoring Department.
- Supervise administrative, financial and functional matters related to the project.
- Resolve day-to-day project management issues.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority.
