Eligibility Requirements

• The contractor or firm must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above.
• The contractor must possess the relevant PEC category and specialized code CE-10(i), General Civil Engineering Works.
• The bidder must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and other applicable tax authorities.
• The bidder must appear on the applicable Active Taxpayers List.
• The bidding firm must not have been blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
• The bidder must have completed at least three assignments of a similar nature.
• The firm must demonstrate the required financial capacity and relevant turnover for the previous three years.
• The bidder must submit an affidavit on Rs. 100 judicial stamp paper, duly attested by a first-class magistrate, confirming that all submitted documents are genuine and correct.
• A representative attending on behalf of the bidder must provide a duly attested authority letter on judicial stamp paper.
• The bidder must be registered on the BPPRA Electronic Public Procurement System.
