Eligibility Requirements
- The contractor or firm must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and discipline for 2026–27.
- The firm must be registered with applicable tax authorities, including BRA, NTN and Sales Tax Department.
- The bidder must be an active taxpayer and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, where applicable.
- The contractor must have completed similar assignments during the previous three years.
- Original valid PEC registration, tax registration documents and other required certificates must be provided.
- The bidder must fulfil all technical, financial and documentary conditions stated in the tender documents.
How to Apply
- Download the bidding documents from the official BPPRA website or obtain them from the office of the Executive Engineer.
- Deposit the non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,500 for each work through Green Challan under account head C-02725 at any National Bank of Pakistan branch.
- Attach bid security equal to 2% of the approved cost for the relevant project.
- Prepare the bid under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.
- Attach valid PEC registration, BRA registration, NTN, tax certificates and other requisite documents.
- Submit the sealed bid at the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Kachhi, before 05 August 2026 at 12:00 PM.
- The sealed bids will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM.
