Eligibility Requirements
- The bidder must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List.
- The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
- Registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory.

- The contractor must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-5 or above.
- The required specialized code is CE-11(i) for General Engineering Works.
- The firm must meet all other technical and financial requirements stated in the bidding documents.
