Eligibility Requirements
- The contractor or firm must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including BRA, NTN and Sales Tax Department.
- A valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category is required.
- The required specialized code is CE-10(i), General Civil Engineering Works, for the year 2026–27.
- The bidder must have completed at least three assignments of a similar nature.
- The firm must demonstrate annual turnover equal to at least 70% of the estimated cost of the relevant scheme.
- If a representative participates in the tender process, an original authority letter issued by the contractor or firm must be presented.
- The contractor or firm must not be blacklisted by any government procuring agency.
- All additional technical, financial and documentary requirements stated in the bidding documents must be fulfilled.
How to Apply
- Obtain the tender and bidding documents from the office of the Executive Engineer upon payment of the prescribed non-refundable tender fee.
- The bidding documents may also be downloaded from the official BPPRA website.
- Deposit the tender fee through Green Challan C-02716 and submit the relevant BPPRA challan for each scheme.
- Attach bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit from a scheduled bank.
- Prepare the tender according to the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure.
- Submit the complete sealed tender before 07 August 2026 at 11:00 AM.
- Late or incomplete tenders may not be accepted.
