The Local Government Department, Government of Balochistan has issued an Addendum to its previously advertised recruitment notice (PRQ No. 5570/16-06-2026). Applications are invited from eligible candidates having Local/Domicile of Balochistan for additional Junior Clerk (BS-11) vacancies in various districts of the province.

Interested candidates fulfilling the required educational qualifications and eligibility criteria may submit their applications before the closing date. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the original advertisement shall remain unchanged except for the additional vacancies announced through this addendum.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum FA/FSc or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
Candidates having a Computer Diploma or Computer Certificate will be given preference.
Applicants must possess Local/Domicile of Balochistan.
Both male and female candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may apply.
Applicants must satisfy all conditions mentioned in the original advertisement.

Terms & Conditions

All appointments shall be made under the Government of Balochistan Recruitment Policy applicable to BS-01 to BS-15 posts.
Applicants must submit a complete application along with attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, Local/Domicile Certificate and other required documents.
Age limit shall be 18 to 28 years. General upper age relaxation will be admissible according to the Government of Balochistan policy.
Women, Minority and Disabled quotas shall be observed according to the Government policy.
The number of vacancies may be increased, decreased or cancelled by the competent authority without assigning any reason.
Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date shall not be entertained.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test and interview.
Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
The decision of the competent authority shall be final.

How to Apply

Prepare a written application for the post of Junior Clerk (BS-11).
Attach attested copies of all required educational certificates, CNIC, Local/Domicile Certificate and recent passport-size photographs.
Applications should be submitted to the Secretary, Local Government Board, Government of Balochistan, Secretariat Block No. 14, Civil Secretariat, Quetta.
Applications will be accepted from 03 July 2026.
The last date for submission of applications is 13 July 2026.
Applications received after the closing date shall not be considered.
