The Local Government Department, Government of Balochistan has issued an Addendum to its previously advertised recruitment notice (PRQ No. 5570/16-06-2026). Applications are invited from eligible candidates having Local/Domicile of Balochistan for additional Junior Clerk (BS-11) vacancies in various districts of the province.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum FA/FSc or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
- Candidates having a Computer Diploma or Computer Certificate will be given preference.
- Applicants must possess Local/Domicile of Balochistan.
- Both male and female candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may apply.
- Applicants must satisfy all conditions mentioned in the original advertisement.
Terms & Conditions
- All appointments shall be made under the Government of Balochistan Recruitment Policy applicable to BS-01 to BS-15 posts.
- Applicants must submit a complete application along with attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, Local/Domicile Certificate and other required documents.
- Age limit shall be 18 to 28 years. General upper age relaxation will be admissible according to the Government of Balochistan policy.
- Women, Minority and Disabled quotas shall be observed according to the Government policy.
- The number of vacancies may be increased, decreased or cancelled by the competent authority without assigning any reason.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date shall not be entertained.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test and interview.
- Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
- The decision of the competent authority shall be final.
How to Apply
- Prepare a written application for the post of Junior Clerk (BS-11).
- Attach attested copies of all required educational certificates, CNIC, Local/Domicile Certificate and recent passport-size photographs.
- Applications should be submitted to the Secretary, Local Government Board, Government of Balochistan, Secretariat Block No. 14, Civil Secretariat, Quetta.
- Applications will be accepted from 03 July 2026.
- The last date for submission of applications is 13 July 2026.
- Applications received after the closing date shall not be considered.
