- Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate in the recruitment process.
- No separate call letters will be issued.
- Only candidates whose names appear in the schedule should report for the test/interview.

- Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Original Educational Certificates and Degrees.
- Original Experience Certificates (if applicable).
- Original Local/Domicile Certificate.
- Original documents supporting eligibility for the advertised post.
- Any additional documents required by the Provincial Library Balochistan.
