1. Helicopter Pilot (MI-171)
Number of Posts: 01
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Valid PCAA ATPL (H) with MI-171 Type Rating Endorsement.
- Minimum 3,000 total flying hours.
- Minimum 500 flying hours as Captain on an MI-171 helicopter.
- Valid PCAA Class-1 Medical.
- At least 500 hours of instructional experience on rotary-wing aircraft.
- Experience in VIP flying, high-altitude/mountain flying, relief operations, casualty evacuation, long-line, and sling operations will be an added advantage.
2. Captain (C208B)
Number of Posts: 01
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Valid PCAA CPL(A) and type-rating endorsement.
- Minimum flight experience of 2,000 hours.
- Minimum 300 hours of experience on C208B.
- Valid PCAA Class-1 Medical.
- No accident records attributable to pilot error.
- Experience in VIP flying will be an added advantage.
3. Flight Surgeon
Number of Posts: 01
Required Qualification & Experience:
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution, with postgraduate training or certification in Aviation Medicine acceptable to PCAA in accordance with ICAO Annex 1.
- Valid registration with PMDC and eligibility for approval as an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) by PCAA.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably with exposure to aviation medicine, occupational health, or aeromedical operations.
- Proven competence in aeromedical assessment, flight crew medical fitness, in-flight medical support, and coordination with aviation safety and operational departments.
4. Quality Assurance Manager

Required Qualification & Experience:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university. A Master's degree in Engineering will be considered an added advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience in the aviation industry, including at least 10 years of hands-on experience in Quality and Safety Management Systems within an aviation organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS) in accordance with ICAO Annex 19 and ICAO Doc 9859.
- Proven experience in aviation regulatory compliance, quality assurance, safety assurance, operational auditing, occurrence reporting and investigation, risk assessment, documentation control, and continual improvement initiatives.
Mandatory Courses:
- Quality Management System – Lead Auditor
- ICAO Safety Management System (SMS) Course (ICAO Annex 19 / ICAO Doc 9859)
- ICAO Dangerous Goods Course
- ICAO Training Managers Course
- Certified Professional Manager in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) or Human Factor Course
- Aviation Legislation Course
5. Accounts Associate

Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts, budgeting, or financial management.
- Experience in government or aviation-related organizations will be preferred.
- Knowledge of financial rules, auditing, and record maintenance.
- Experience in the preparation of periodic financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and management reports.
- Hands-on experience in annual budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Terms and Conditions
- Selection shall be purely on qualifications and merit.
- All licenses, qualifications, and certifications must be valid and recognized by PCAA and compliant with ANO and ATO requirements.
- Pilots without Type Ratings shall not be considered.
- Appointments shall be made on a private contract basis.
- The competent authority reserves the right to cancel, amend, or modify the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

- No TA/DA shall be admissible.
